Shipping Policy
Delivery charges are calculated in your shopping cart before proceeding with payment.
Once you specify your delivery destination, the total shipping cost is displayed before confirming your order. We ship to most countries, but if your chosen destination is not listed, please contact us via email.
Delivery Times and Stock
We aim to deliver all items in stock within one to five business days. Many items advertised are held in stock with suppliers in the UK, but some require importing. Imported goods can have varying delivery times, so if an item is urgent, please email us to check stock and delivery times before ordering. We may be able to offer a quicker import service for urgent orders (additional charges will apply).
If an item is not in stock, you’ll be notified by email and given the option to continue, upgrade to a faster import service, or cancel the order.
Order Cancellation and Special Items
Any item specifically personalised or custom-made on a customer's request (e.g., cut to a specific length) cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed into production. For all other items, consumers maintain their right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We may send your order in multiple packages and sometimes by separate couriers. We’ll endeavour to inform you of this by email before dispatch.
Delivery Procedure and Failed Delivery
All deliveries must be signed for. If we attempt delivery and no one is available to sign for the package, you’ll receive a card from the courier and your parcel will be held for three working days before being returned to us. You may be able to collect your package directly from the courier’s premises or arrange for delivery on another day.
If your parcel isn’t collected or delivered after two attempts, and no contact is made with the courier, it will be returned to us. At this point, you’ll incur additional shipping costs to resend the parcel.
Risk and Inspection (Crucial for Consumers)
The risk in the product passes to you when you (or a person identified by you) take physical possession of the goods.
All packages must be inspected upon delivery or collection, and any damaged items must be noted on the delivery notes.
If you receive faulty or missing goods, please report them within three days of delivery. This allows us to pursue a claim with the courier. However, this does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the goods are faulty.
Special Order Items (Imported)
Items specifically imported on behalf of a customer cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has been processed and the delivery date has been agreed, unless the item is personalised. Shipping times for imported goods can vary due to production schedules and shipping delays, so the actual delivery date may change. If the delivery date exceeds more than four weeks from the advised expected delivery date, you have the option to cancel the order if the goods have not been dispatched by the manufacturer.
