2. Consumer Status and Statutory Rights

2.1. This website facilitates sales to both consumers (private individuals purchasing for personal use) and businesses.

2.2. When you purchase as a consumer, your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) are fully protected and are not affected by any part of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Pricing and Orders

3.1. All prices displayed for consumers are in Great British Pounds (£GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.

3.2. Acceptance of Order: A contract for sale is formed only when we dispatch the goods or confirm that production of custom items has commenced.

3.3. Pricing Errors: Should a genuine error in pricing occur, we will contact you immediately to give you the option to proceed at the correct price or to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

4. Delivery and Risk

4.1. Shipping Costs are calculated and itemised at checkout.

4.2. Estimated Delivery Times are provided as a guide only. Times for imported/custom items are estimates and subject to availability.

4.3. Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you, the consumer, only when you (or a person identified by you) take physical possession of the goods. This includes goods left with a neighbour or at a designated safe place if agreed upon by you.

5. Product Suitability and Warranty

5.1. Images: Images are for illustrative purposes only. Product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates.

5.2. Suitability: You are responsible for ensuring the purchased product is suitable for your specific intended use.

5.3. Warranty: Most items carry a 12-month Return-to-Base Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes wearable components (e.g., seals, hoses) which may have limited or no coverage.

5.4. The warranty is void if the product is damaged by misuse or if unauthorised repairs or modifications are carried out.

5.5. Statutory Rights: The terms of this warranty do not affect your legal right to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or for any liability that cannot be legally limited, including your statutory rights.

6.2. Subject to Clause 6.1, our liability for any other losses you suffer is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods for any indirect or business-related losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
