The Comet MC18 petrol engine pump unit is a compact diaphragm pump built for use with water-based chemicals, detergents, and insecticides. It's ideal for SoftWash applications, lawn treatment, and pest control in outdoor or agricultural environments. Operating at 3600 RPM, the pump is mounted directly to a Honda GX160 petrol engine with built-in oil alert protection.
This model delivers 11 litres per minute at 15 Bar, requiring approximately 5.5 HP to operate at full capacity. It features a dual-diaphragm pumping system for steady pressure output and an integrated pressure regulator for simple adjustment and bypass flow control.
The nylon pump body combined with NBR diaphragms ensures good resistance to most detergents and sprays used in horticulture and SoftWash work. It includes hose barbs for 16mm inlet, 10mm outlet, and 12mm bypass connections for quick and secure plumbing.
