The Comet MC8 2 Diaphragm Pump is a compact, specialised solution for applications that require resistance to corrosive chemicals. This pump is an essential component for SoftWash systems, pest control, and distributing water-soluble detergents and paints, thanks to its durable construction featuring Viton diaphragms and a robust polypropylene (PP) body. This design ensures a significantly longer service life and reliable performance when handling harsh substances.

This pump is specifically engineered for integration with a 71 frame B3/B14 electric motor, providing a powerful and efficient solution for stationary or mobile chemical spraying rigs in environments where a petrol engine is not suitable. It operates at 1450 RPM and delivers a maximum pressure of 15 bar (217 PSI) with a flow rate of up to 7.8 litres per minute, offering a controlled and consistent output for precise application. The pump comes equipped with an integrated pressure regulator for easy pressure adjustments. Its straightforward connections—a 16mm hose barb inlet, 10mm hose barb outlet, and 12mm hose barb bypass—ensure a simple and efficient setup.
